What does the 4W in A/T4W stand for?
We get this question often because we have added a 4th “W” in this new iteration of our A/T tire. The 4W in A/T4W stands for Wear, Winter, Wet, and Warranty. Wear is for consistent performance that lasts throughout the life of the tire, winter is for proven snow traction, wet is for strong wet weather capability, and warranty is for longer tread life warranty. An all-new rubber compound means the A/T4W offers up to a 65,000-mile Limited Tread Life Warranty (60,000-mile for LT sizes), up from the 55,000-mile warranty its predecessor offered.
