Description
This MOPAR JL tailgate reinforcement system was
specifically designed to work on your Wrangler JL with an oversized tire
carrier. It not only increases security for your spare tire, especially
when you take your JL over rough terrain, but also more evenly
distributes the tire's weight for easier swing gate usage. It's
constructed using high-quality aluminum and finished in a durable black
powder coat that protects the metal's surface from scratches and
corrosion. This system also provides mounting provisions for other
accessories you may wish to add later and uses your JL's production
hinges for easy installation that doesn't require any permanent
modifications.
